Cancel anytime directly from your dashboard

You are free to cancel your active subscription at any point. We believe in complete transparency and do not lock you into multi-month mandatory commitments or impose any hidden cancellation penalties:

Instant Self-Serve Cancellation

You do not need to call support or submit lengthy verification requests. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Plan & Billing and click "Cancel Subscription".

Immediate Mandate Revocation

Upon confirmation, your automated UPI AutoPay, Credit Card, or Debit Card recurring mandate is terminated immediately with Razorpay. You will never be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

How to cancel your plan in three simple steps

Open Billing Tab

Log into your dashboard and navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.

Select Cancel Plan

Click on the Cancel Subscription button under your active tier card.

Confirm & Done

Confirm cancellation. A notification and email confirmation will be sent immediately.

Important Policy Terms:

All Payments are Non-Refundable: Fees paid for active billing cycles (monthly or annual) and one-time setup or lifetime purchases are non-refundable once processed.
Retain Full Paid Access: After cancelling, you will continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to all Pro features, CRM tables, and AI messaging until the last day of your current paid billing period.
No Pro-Rata or Partial Deductions: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of an active subscription cycle.
Data Safety: Your leads and business templates are safely preserved even after plan expiration, allowing you to reactivate anytime.
